"Isn't it?" by Isabel Province

Isabel Province is one of those petite chanteuse with a childlike voice and naive songs. She's a living French cliche. I wonder if the French audience will accept another non-original lo-fi singer, and I don't know either if foreign countries will like the fairytale-like songs.
Using an accordeion and a strong French accent and playing a lolita might fool some people...
But remember, you can fool  some of the people all of the time, and you can fool all of the people some of the time, but you can't fool all of the people all of the time. Isn't it?
