"Nobody wants to read" by Douglas Marsden-Jones
Douglas Marsden-Jones is one of those new singer/songwriters but he has something special about him. His voice has got soul, his songs have a certain joie-de-vivre and his music sounds positive. So no broken hearts, desolate landscapes, distant highways or political issues on his debut album "Nobody wants to read". Therefor he talks about himself and his will to achieve something. (Listen to "Labelled scooter" and "Automatically".
And most important: he's not naive and not too romantic. His fanbase will not entirely consist of young girls (and their mothers)...
If that doesn't deserve succes, what does?
